Plyometrics basically means a load of jumping! I found this to be a great cardio workout and it made my legs burn like hell. Expect to lunge, squat, jump lunge, jump squat, tyre jump, twist, pitch, shoot and explode yourself into fitness with this workout.

I like the way P90X is shaping up, it’s a day of weights followed by a day of cardio, but really mixed up to interest your mind and confuse your muscles. That’s what P90X is all about really, muscle confusion.

I hate the Plyometrics workout….and yet I love it! Everything in the workout is doable….but you’re going to have to work it and work it hard.
