Back and Legs is a good mix of pullups, bodyweight squats and lunges. The now familiar mix of conventional and new exercises, performed at high tempo created a good pump and feels like a good workout. It’s amazing how effective timed wall squats are, even when you’ve lifted heavy weights performing regular squats in the past.
I’m getting used to doing Ab Ripper X at the end of every P90X resistance workout……but it doesn’t get any easier!
