Well hello there!
I am the principle owner and author of theworkouts.com and guess what? I am giving the P90X workout programme a go.
I’ve done a bit of digging and research about P90X so thought I’d go through the whole package myself and let everyone know how it goes.
Last night was day 1, Chest & Back and Ab Ripper X. I have to admit, I was absolutely spent upon completion! I have a good feeling about P90X so check back here to see how I get on. The programme is actually going to take me slightly more than the 90 days required as I am fitting it around competing in other sports, but at least that’s not shirking, it’s a valid excuse!
Phase 1 of P90X is as follows;
day 1. Chest & Back, Ab Ripper
day 2. Plyometrics
day 3. Shoulders & Arms, Ab Ripper X
day 4. Yoga X
day 5. Legs & Back, Ab Ripper X
day 6. Kenpo X
day 7. Rest or X Stretch
Instead of copying and pasting a load of info about what this programme is supposed to do, I’m going to update posts as to what the programme actually does for me. You can find out what it’s supposed to do by Googling P90X.
I might fall behind on the actually dates of the posts, but please check back and see how I get on. I’ll be giving this programme the thumbs up or down at the end and I am trying this for REAL as I’m hoping it will benefit both me and my readers.
