Core Synergistics is performed in your ‘rest week’ and is basically a total body workout. There are some interesting moves like X squat to shoulder press and the lunge, lean, kickback, curl, press, reverse curl (that’s all one in one move by the way!)

If you think you’re in for a picnic on your rest week you couldn’t be more mistaken. Core Synergistics is challenging and burns a load of calories due to it’s mix of resistance and cardio.

Overall I enjoy performing this workout and I feel it working hard towards my overall P90X progress.
