My P90X/Insanity hybrid has drastically improved my fitness and strength levels. Weight wise, I only lost 2 lbs but my muscle mass increased while my fat percentage has dropped again. I personally don’t pay too much attention to numbers and statistics, so I don’t measure my muscles or use fat calipers to prove my results. I know how I feel and the mirror tells me how I look, that’s all the proof I need. I can see the top two abs, I can even see the two beneath them. My next target is to work on getting my lower two abs showing and blast the last bit of fat away. This will be hard! Remember….I DON’T USE THE P90X NUTRITION PLAN AT ALL!
