My latest challenge is to complete my own hybrid system. I’ve jumbled all of my Beachbody workouts into a carefully laid out hybrid system. I also play badminton once a week so I’ve incorporated this into my hybrid system. Anyone wanting to follow this system can simply replace my badminton day with an extra Insanity cardio workout. During my first round of P90X, I actually played 2 hours of badminton on what should have been my rest/stretch days! This is probably way too much though so I’ll just incorporate it as a cardio workout this time around. I could do with a days rest to partially die after 6 days of P90X/Insanity anyway ;-)
