45 Degree Lying Dumbbell Row
Position an incline bench to a 45 degree angle. Grab a pair of dumbbells and lie face down on the bench. Hold the weights straight down from your shoulders with your palms turned towards your feet. Lift the dumbbells up and out to your sides so that your elbows are bent and about 90 degrees. Your upper arms are nearly perpendicular to your torso. Slowly return to the starting position.
