Barbell Rollout

Place minor weights onto a barbell, leaving the weights slightly loose. Get down on your knees and grab the barbell on the floor in front of you. Roll the barbell away from you as you straighten your core out, keeping your back straight. Don't extend too far, just enough so you feel the stretch in your abs, then roll back to the starting position.
