Lying Dumbbell Row

Lie face down on a high flat bench with you arms hanging straight down holding a dumbbell in each hand. Bench can be raised using bloock of wood or step equipment etc. Row both dumbbells up as high as possible to your sides. Pause and squeeze your shoulder blades together. Lower the weights to the starting position and repeat.
