My primary aim is to help as many people as I can to achieve their desired level of fitness, strength, body shape, size and definition. theworkouts.com is my canvas for doing so. The internet is the most powerful network of workout enthusiasts, gym partners and fitness information on the planet. I aim to harness this along with my own experience to provide workout routines and fitness tips to help people of all levels.
Why do I care?
I care because I genuinely receive a great deal of pleasure out of helping others. I have the ability to do so and all it takes is a slice of my own time, so why not? I am often inspired myself after talking to people online about their own workout routines, techniques and fitness plans, so it also helps to keep me in shape too. In the early days I made a few errors, but it is through these errors and learnings that I know what I know now. I can help people to cut through the bull, find a series of workout routines to suit their goals and let them get on with it . I can provide the simple inspiration, motivation and guidance.
The hard sell….not from me
I do have some contextual based ads on my site, hey I’m human after all! To be honest, I don’t want to come over like a salesman because that is not what I’m good at. I provide many workout routines and resources on this site which people can read and use for their own benefit. It really is as simple as that.
Any fitness or workout product I mention on this site I HAVE ACTUALLY BOUGHT AND TRIED MYSELF! The products I endorse are ones that work because I simply don’t put everything on my site to make money. Workout routines is my niche market because it’s what I know, not something I’ve heard I can spin a few articles about to make money. The select few products I do endorse are simply the best available that I have tried, or am currently trying.
I aim for relationships with other people who can contribute to the world of working out. If I’m endorsing the sale of a product, I believe in the approach of selling the customers what they want, but give them what they NEED. In my market, what people generally want is the secret to getting ripped or losing a load of weight as quickly as possible. But that’s not what I give them, because that’s not what they need. They need the right nutrition, the right full body workout routine, and the right mindset to be dedicated to their goal. Basically, I sell them a ripped body, but I teach them how to live healthier and adopt a fitness lifestyle in order to lower their body fat for life. Nothing in this is a lie, it’s basically an angle. Some would say a sales angle, I prefer a truth angle.

I have spent years bodybuilding, bulking up then losing weight, cutting, toning up etc. I can demonstrate some of the workouts that have helped me and thousands of others, but in a realistic format. I don’t want you to waste time and potentially damage your belief by doing the wrong workouts for your objectives, targets and goals. I know what works for real people, believe me, I have actually tried many of these workouts.
The workout routines and exercises listed on this site have been compiled, devised, tried and tested over sustained periods of time. These workout plans have been tried in various gyms or as part of a home workout routine. Unfortunately there is no guaranteed ‘one size fits all’ workout that will achieve the same results for everyone. Different body types, diets, lifestyles, dedication to workouts and other factors must be taken into consideration.
You have to believe in your workout routine and the exercises you choose must be doable, realistic and enjoyable. There are thousands of opinions, websites, magazines, personal trainers and people out there who are offering workout, bodybuilding, weight loss and training advice.
There’s a lot of good stuff out there, don’t get me wrong, but theworkouts.com is here to make sense of it all. Years of workout research in the form of workout plans, trying them out and monitoring results have led me (a normal workout enthusiast) to archive all of my experience into this website.
