Our Review Of Insanity Asylum
Boy….do I love Insanity Asylum! If you’re a graduate of Insanity then try Asylum, it’s brutal! Beachbody are great listeners, Asylum incorporates an excellent strength workout into the extremely intense cardio workouts. Asylum is a very balanced workout, incorporating cardio, strength and stretching. The best thing about this workout is that it only lasts for 30 days. I was in what I thought was decent shape before I decided to give Asylum a go….but I still lost a whopping 14 lbs in just one month! The workouts are quite short too, 50 minutes being the longest workout….but don’t be fooled! You will find the warm-ups a challenge in their own right, never mind the hardcore workouts themselves. Like I said in my Insanity review, copy Shaun T and the crazy guys in the DVDs as best you can. Eventually, you’ll keep up with them but until then, just hang in there and you’re fitness will vastly improve. One last thing, don’t even try Asylum unless you’re a P90X or Insanity graduate (preferably both). This is extreme training profesional athletes would find challenging so be warned. Give it a go if you think you’re hard enough!

I can’t speak highly enough of this program and it suits me down to the ground, but it is not for everybody. As I mentioned above this is for graduates of other Beachbody programs only. This program will cut up your mind, body and soul and spit out an athlete! I’m telling you….it’s true!
