how can i get huge biceps and triceps?
I don’t know if it’s big or not, but I think it’s pretty huge for a 13 year old girl. I guess a better question would be how to lose belly fat without dieting. My mother has something against it. Maybe it’s because healthy foods cost a lot. Also what are some exercises that strongly encourage losing belly fat.
I forgot to ask this before but, how can I stop having so many cravings and how can I stop overeating?

The MOST important thing is to eat naturally..without medicines, chemicals, “starving” your self etc.

I do Kudo (mixed martial arts) and I am trying to get good at it. I know that you have to be strong to be able to restle, etc. can you build muscle with push-ups? Do I also need to do weight lifting, cause currently I just do push-ups. How to get a big biceps, etc?

Push Ups are for your chest and triceps. It makes your muscles lean and ripped. If your looking and getting big and buff, you need to do weight lifting exercises. Chest – Bench Press, Triceps – Dips, Biceps – Bicep Curls, Upper Back – Pull Ups, Bent Over Row, Shoulders – Military Presses, Lower Back – Good Morning and Deadlifts, Hamstrings – Deadlifts, Quadriceps – Squats and Lunges.
