I’m still skinny, 5’9 110 pounds… I’m seeing her next week, what should I do?!? She’s gonna get so mad when she finds out I was lying!

well you’ve left it a bit late… why did you lie anyway, she obv liked you for who you were 6 months ago, so im sure she wont see any porblem with you wieght now etc, she’s probably gonna wonder why you lied though..?

how do i get huge biceps in short time?

I was wondering if anyone could help I’m working my biceps once a week and I’m doing 3 sets of 10-12 reps on each excersise and not really gaining much muscle. If anybody could tell me what exercises I should do and how many reps and sets to gain size in my biceps I would be very grateful. You can also email me @ lowell.htfc@gmail.com if you like. Thanks!

For example, this workout plan is set up for the use of free weights, such as barbells and dumbbells, and it is also a free workout plan dealing with weight lifting. Let’s talk about both of these views for a moment.

First, however, this free weight lifting workout plan is intended for those who presently have very little or no experience with weight lifting, weight training, or other forms of progressive resistance training. So if you do already have experience, you won’t find anything new here. These are just the basics to get folks started.
