Twisting Shoulder Press

Stand holding a pair of dumbbells at the sides of your shoulders, palms turned towards each other and feet shoulder width apart. Lift both dumbbells straight over your shoulder as you twist your torso round to the right. Lower the weights as you twist back to the starting position, then repeat twisting to your left.
