P90X has totally changed my life. Whether you are a beginner or advanced workout enthusiast, P90X will work for you providing you are willing to give it a go. All the thinking has been done for you. All the deliberating over total body routines, split routines, how much cardio, should you stretch, what about yoga can leave you confused and going into your current workout routine in an arbitrary fashion. All you have to do with P90X is;
1) Buy it
2) Believe in it
3) Pop in each DVD as the P90X Calendar demonstrates for you
4) Keep pushing play for 90 days
5) Voila! Results!
I’ve been through 3 and a half rounds of P90X and have been working out for nearly 20 years. It is simply the best workout DVD series available on the market and the best I have ever come across. I workout mainly to hybrid systems now. Hybrid systems are made up of different Beachbody (and other) workouts. I sometimes use Insanity or Asylum cardio workouts but my entire programme ALWAYS uses the P90X structure. Those who have done a round of P90X will probably have heard of hybrids, those who haven’t dont worry about them, just do a classic round of P90X.
If you want to shed fat and gain lean muscle mass, then P90X is for you. P90X is based entirely around the idea of muscle confusion, but the workout regime is really simple to understand. It’s a mixture of resistance, cardio and stretching which speeds up your fat burning furnace. Your metabolism will become much faster during a round of P90X therefore you will burn a load of calories 24 hours a day.

This is a lifestyle thing and your first round will seem tough, but you can expect to become a great deal fitter as you work through the calendar.
