I have a confession to make. I was not looking forward to this workout. Last week’s build legs session was a tough one. The pace, super sets and giant sets knocked me for six. I was actually pleasantly surprised this morning. I felt strong and upped my weights considerably during most exercises. The DOMS (Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness) from last week has actually calmed down a bit and I can get on with the training. I am definitely used to this training format now and I am a huge fan. Last week felt like I was being chased by a beast, this week I’m starting to feel like I’m a beast….well almost!
