pull-ups sit-ups crunches dont do n-e thng but u can lay fat on the floor tuck yor hands rite below yor but nd lift yor legs u can lift yor hed nd support it for more comfort but itll give u rock hard abs nd if u run…u can also do push ups nd squats or do the leg-lifts nd youll get muscle in yor leg while doin dat

Best Muscle Building Drink after Workouts?

What product works best to help build muscle mass faster after working out? I would drink it right after/before (depending on product instructions) lifting weights. I’ve heard about protein shakes, powders, and creatine, but which, if any of them, works the best?

Please give me a specific prudict that really works so I can research it. Thanks

Whey protein is excellent. I use it and I think it does help. I also have tried creatine and I feel like it does give me the extra boost when I need it. How many reps of lunges to build muscle?

How many reps of lunges should i be doing with 2X 8kg if i want to get strong hamstrings,NOT TONE THEM!!!????
if you’ve got any other pointers for building hamstring strength for rugby, they’d be appreciated :-)

enough to make your legs sore the next day. You don’t need to do them all at once either. Do like 10 per hour or more if you want. Or split it up between 2 or 3 times a day. Also, a great idea would be to stretch before you do them. If you’re sore the next day then great job! but before you start up again for that day please STRETCH. It will prevent injury and make the lunges 10 times more enjoyable.

I’m a football (soccer) player and I’m very skinny. Upper and Lower body strength are very important in this sport- so what’s the fastest, most effective way to build muscle in both those areas? Oh, and I’m 15 years old so I probably wont be doing the same type of workouts as full grown adults.
It would be helpful to include things that player like Micah Richards do

can anyone tell me the best way/technique to gain muscle fast for football. i wanna get stronger fast! my coach says we will start drills soon and go into weightlifting but im going to be away for 2 weeks. i need to do excersices to build muscle when im away. plz gimme ideas on how to do this!!! and dont say steroids!

if you are going to be gone do an extreme amount of push ups every day and also do some crunches

im 6′ 195-200lbs i wanna gain muscle and turn fat into muscle id still like to weight some where between 200-220lbs when im at my top fitness all i have is a standard weight bench with incline/decline bench press and leg curl workouts on it it but really that’s about all u need cause u can do other workouts to build different muscles without any of that but anyway what can i eat alot of to build muscle also any help at all will be Apreciated thanks
nah i dont wanna loose weight i wanna gain muscle i dont wanna be solid bones lol i wanna get ripped and id actually like to gain 20 pounds of muscle and weigh 220

I’m 17 and thinking about playing football again for my senior year(next year). I’m and 5’10 or 11″ and weigh about 148-150ish. I have played football most of the years of my life and played 2 years of my high school years(Freshmen and Sophomore). I am not that big muscular but i am pretty strong. the main reason why i stopped playing is because i thought that i didn’t weight enough to go every Friday or every Saturday for games. and i also play soccer and i didn’t want to ruin my chances of that. What should i do?
1.How can i get up to about 160ish,healthy?
2.Should i look out more for my college years for soccer?
3.How can i get faster?
serious answers please.these sports are passions of my life

What are the risks of starting a muscle building workout and diet while obese?

My friend is obese and he is starting a muscle building diet where he takes in a lot of calories on his workout days. I told him that he should lose weight before he does this. What are the health risks of doing such a diet while obese?

He has to think about his heart first. In obese people, the heart has to work extra hard dealing with any type of exercise. Talk to a nutritionist.

Is riding a bike healthy? What does it do for you? Does it build muscle? ect.?

Okay so I’ve been riding my bike ALOT lately this spring break… yesterday I rode it for five hours straight and the day before I rode it for six hours straight. If I continue doing this, what will be my results?? Since I’m riding my bike so much, will it be easier to run long distances now? How much am I increasing my stamina? What muscles are toned down when you ride a bike? What part of the body does it help? Any info greatly appreciated!!!

Ok, so I’m a little under 5’11″ and I can get above the rim, but I’m a little short of dunking because I can’t palm the ball. Are there any good exercises to gain muscle or flexibility for dunking? Thanks
