Workout Description

The total body circuit routine combines the most effective exercises for each body part, performed (you guessed it) as circuit workouts. We’ve thrown small bursts of cardio into the mix to fuse this workout into the perfect all round fitness, weight loss and toning workout.

I just graduated from high school and just stopped swimming six days a week two hours a day and want to know what I can do to not gain a ton of fat and hopefully maintain and continue building muscle and become stronger. I would love to get a six pack and stay lean but I ate a lot of food while I swam and understand I was burning a ton of calories. Any websites, supplements, exercises, or advice are greatly appreciated.

What realistic workouts can I use to increase my length and stamina?

I have been googling for some time now, and cant find anything that seems legit. I am wondering what workouts can I do to increase my penis length. I have a thick penis, but it is too small in terms of length, so it ‘slips out’ too easily. Any guys been in that boat? And also what can I do to increase stamina and hardness duration in bed? I seem to go limp way too quick (From all the years of mastrubation im afraid) Thanks!

I needed to know the best wrokout routine to bulk up my Biceps, Triceps, and Traps. What should I be eating everyday in order to build bulk? How many times a day should I workout to build bulk? What is the best recommended Creatine Powder take to with the fastest results towards bulk? How often and when should I take my creatine powder?

BICEPS: 21′s, Preacher curls, Drag Bicep curlsand barbell curls
Tri’s: Close grip bench press, push downs and dips
Traps: Upright rows, shrugs and Military press

I had my body fat measured yesterday and it’s very high–what are some of the best ways for me to burn it off?

sit-ups and jogging
usually 50 sit-ups every other day and 30 min jog
anything cardio is good

Hello, I really want to lose belly fat before summer starts or the start of summer.
I have been doing cardio on the treadmill, Eliptical and lifting weights and ab crunches with weights.
Does anyone have any tips on how can i lose belly fat more effectivelly at the gym?

I just starting to develop my body muscle. my friend told me im too skinny, they ask me to eat more so that I could shape my body. I just want to develop my bicep and pectoral bigger. what should I eat and what the correct exercise I should follow for beginner like Me?please help me…I want 2be like others seeing their big muscle..am I should practice the correct eating habit?

Uhhh what sport are you talking about kiddo? If its waterpolo, theres no eating habbits at all, you burn everything off in polo, eggbeater in the pool and swimming about 5000 yards a day or more. good luck

Best way to build muscle wieght (loosehead)?

I am a loosehead prop for my local club and am 1 session away from being confirmed as being on the Ulster U-18 squad. I am only 98kg, i have already been selected over people a lot heavier than me (eg. cairen 114kg) and basically my aim is to gain a bit more muscle wieght. My goal for the end of the summer is around 106kg, i have the skill, i can charge and stuff but i sometimes lack the wieght behind me when it comes down to the point of contact.

Basically I have a lot of extra time and i want to lose all this fat i have on my amrs, thighs and belly but i dont want to diet crazy and i dont want to pay a lot. Anyone have good training ideas and tips? Somethng you can easily do at home without any type of equipment.
